Description:
YT921 is a universal construction silicone sealant developed by our company, it overcomes the disadvantages of acetoxy cure silicone sealant such as unpleasant odor, corrosion to metal and coated glass. YT921 can substitutes acetoxy cure silicone sealant for sealing joints and has more widely application.
1.Characteristics:
，YT921 belongs to RTV-1. good extrusion, Aluminum plate on and thixotropy between 4≧~+40≧.Easy to use;
，Neutral curing, non-corrosive to, coated glass, concrete, marble, granite etc;
， Release Iow-molecular-weight alcohol and no unpleasant odor during cure;
，Excellent resistance to weather, UV, ozone, wate;
，Excellent resistance to Iow and high temperature change. No fragility, rigidfication or crack at-50≧ and no softening, degradation at 150≧ when　cured. It always keeps good elasticity;
， Excellent adhesion to most common building material without priming;
， Good compatibility with other neutral silicone sealants.

6.Restriction of Usage:
，Cannot be used as structural sealant;
，Unsuitable for all kinds of material that can effuse grease, plasticizer or solvent;
，Unsuitable for the airproof location, because it is required to absorb moisture in air to cure for the sealant;
，Unsuitable for the frosty or moist surface;
，Unsuitable for the continually soggy or moist place;
，Cannot be used the product if the temperature is below 4≧or above 40≧ on the surface of the materials.

，Adhesion Test:
The products of YT921 silicone sealant have excellent adhesion to most common building material, asglass, anodized aluminum, ceramic tile, granite, brick, wood, steel and most plastics. But we cannot ensure our sealants are suitable to all materials, as a result of the unceasing appearance of new building materials and the application of new surface treatment technology. In some cases, it is required to have the adhesion test on the substrates. In the laboratory of our company, we can carry out the adhesion test for clients and give the test report that includes experimental result, recommended products, cleaning methods of the material surface etc.
，Compatibility Test:
Ifthe accessory materials like baker, double-sided glue strip can not be compatible with silicone rubber, it may cause silicone rubber to turn colors, even lose adhesion. To avoid these problems, we provide services of compatibility test for clients. Clients can send the accessory to us by mail (or other ways), then we will carry out the compatibility test and give the test report.

We provide services of pollution test for clients. Clients can send the substrates to us by mail(or other ways), then we will carry out the staining test and give the test report.

9.Safety:
，Non-toxicity when cured;
，Avoid eye contact before curing. If happened, rinse opened eye for several minutes under running water, then consult with a doctor;

10.Maintenance:
Generally there needs no repairing. If impaired in sealing joints, clean with proper solvent and repair with our products that can adhere well.
